Location: Remote in NYC, LA, Vegas, Miami or Michigan

We are seeking a sharp, experienced Entertainment Lawyer to join our legal team and support our growing agency and talent roster. You will be responsible for handling contracts, negotiations, and legal protections for both our company and the talent we represent. From brand deals and licensing to intellectual property and rights management, you’ll play a key role in making sure every opportunity is legally sound and professionally executed.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, sponsorship deals, licensing agreements, and NDAs
  • Represent and protect the legal interests of the agency and our talent in all entertainment-related transactions
  • Provide legal guidance on talent agreements, brand collaborations, media rights, and intellectual property
  • Handle contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for our clients and our company
  • Offer counsel on legal risks and best practices for influencers, models, creators, and brand partners
  • Manage legal issues related to content usage, likeness rights, social media, marketing, and endorsements
  • Help develop legal policies, talent agreements, and internal compliance documents
Qualifications:
  • Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in your state
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in entertainment, media, or talent law
  • Must have direct experience with contract drafting, reviews, and negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property, licensing, and talent representation agreements
  • Experience working with influencers, models, athletes, or creatives is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Ability to handle high-level deals with professionalism, precision, and discretion

Responsibilities:
  • Represent and manage influencers, models, and content creators in various industries

  • Pitch talent to brands, casting agents, production teams, and event organizers

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns with our influencers, models, and content creators to promote FAM products, services, and stores.
  • Recruit, Onboard, and Support Affiliates & Influencers to represent our brand across multiple channels.
  • Grow & Oversee Talent Accounts by creating personalized marketing strategies and managing day-to-day engagement and content.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators to produce high-performing content tailored for different platforms and audience segments.
  • Track Performance Metrics (engagement, ROI, conversion, reach) and optimize campaign strategies accordingly.
