President of Talent Management

Location: Remote in NYC, LA, Vegas, Miami or Michigan

The President of Talent Management will serve as the senior executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, representation, and development within our company. The role requires a seasoned executive with an established public profile and a strong network of relationships with celebrities, influencers, brands, and other key industry figures. This individual will help expand the company’s talent roster, manage relationships with investors, and secure funding for future growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all talent management operations, including talent acquisition, career development, contract negotiations, and brand partnerships.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to ensure the continued growth and success of the talent division.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align talent management goals with the overall company vision and objectives.
  • Lead the search for new and emerging talent across various entertainment sectors (film, music, fashion, digital, sports, etc.).
  • Identify high-potential clients and help build a diverse portfolio of top-tier talent.
  • Foster relationships with agents, scouts, and other professionals to discover new talent.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, brands, and production companies.
  • Secure brand partnerships, endorsement deals, movie contracts, music deals, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure all contracts and deals are favorable for both the talent and the company while maintaining compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage and mentor the talent management team, including Directors and Regional Directors, ensuring they meet performance metrics and provide excellent client service.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support for career development and growth within the talent management division.
  • Work with the marketing and PR teams to build and manage the personal brands of clients, ensuring they have a strong and consistent public image.
  • Forge strategic relationships with key industry figures, brands, agencies, and media outlets to open new opportunities for clients.
  • Lead efforts to secure lucrative partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsement deals for talent.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the talent management division.
  • Track and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

  • Develop tailored career paths for each client, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term career goals.

  • Ensure that clients receive optimal exposure in media outlets, including securing interviews, appearances, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the company’s presence in new and emerging markets, particularly international territories.
  • Build relationships with international brands, agencies, and media companies to ensure talent’s global visibility and marketability.
  • Manage the recruitment and development of international talent to enhance the company’s diverse portfolio.
  • Address and resolve any crises or conflicts involving talent, brands, or the company.

  • Mediate disputes and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the resolution.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Established network of relationships with top talent, brands, production companies, influencers, and investors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, deal-making, and brand development.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, music, digital media, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets, financials, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including to major talent hubs (New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, etc.), and internationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Remote in NYC, LA, Miami or Michigan

As the President of Content Houses, you will be responsible for creating and managing exclusive content houses where influencers, creators, and talent can collaborate and grow together in a shared living and working space. Your primary role will be to oversee the operations, logistics, and strategic direction of these content houses, while ensuring that they are productive, creative, and synergistic environments for influencers and brands alike. This role will involve working closely with talent, production teams, and brand partners to facilitate collaborations that enhance the growth of both creators and the agency.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the establishment of multiple content houses, including identifying and securing properties in key locations such as NYC, LA, Miami, and Las Vegas.
  • Oversee all logistics, including property management, furnishing, and ensuring that each house is set up for maximum productivity and creativity.
  • Ensure the houses are safe, comfortable, and conducive to the collaborative nature of content creation.
  • Select and recruit top-tier influencers, content creators, and talent for the content houses.
  • Work with talent management teams to identify the right creators who will thrive in this collaborative environment.
  • Curate diverse talent pools that complement each other’s skills and areas of expertise to drive successful collaborations.
  • Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, idea-sharing, and content creation among influencers and creators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the creative potential of each creator, ensuring that they work together to generate high-quality content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring that each creator’s output aligns with their personal brand and the company’s goals.

  • Work with the marketing and brand partnerships teams to secure deals that benefit both the talent and the agency.
  • Negotiate and secure sponsorships for content produced within the content houses.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture within the content houses that encourages teamwork, creativity, and mutual respect.
  • Facilitate events, meetups, and team-building activities to strengthen the community bond among creators.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives growth for the creators.
  • Work closely with talent managers to provide ongoing support and career development for the influencers and creators in the content houses.

  • Plan and execute high-profile events, content shoots, and collaborative projects within the content houses.
  • Coordinate large-scale influencer events, including brand activations, live streams, and product launches.
  • Manage logistics for photo shoots, filming, and content production inside the content houses.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of content created within the houses and provide actionable feedback to influencers.
  • Track the engagement, views, and impact of content, ensuring it aligns with set goals.
  • Use data to fine-tune the approach to content creation and collaboration within the house.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in content creation, social media platforms, and influencer marketing to ensure the content houses stay relevant.
  • Integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., live streaming, VR, interactive content) into the content creation process.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to keep content fresh and exciting for the creators and their audiences.
  • Ensure all agreements, contracts, and content created within the content houses comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Oversee the legal contracts between creators, brands, and the agency, ensuring all rights and ownership issues are clear.
  • Handle intellectual property concerns and ensure proper crediting and copyright management.
  • Lead and develop a team of content house managers, coordinators, and other operational staff.
  • Mentor and train team members, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, social media management, or talent management, with a proven track record of success in building and managing content houses or similar projects.
  • Industry Connections: Strong network within the influencer marketing space, content creators, and brands.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of content creation, viral marketing, and the digital space.
  • Project Management: Experience in overseeing complex projects with multiple moving parts, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
